MY PLACE IN THIS MATRIX

People always seem to ask about what I am doing now, or what my next major move is going to be.

I get questions like, what is my role? Who do I work with? What are we making? Conversations can run loose, and sometimes I don't quite have an eloquent answer myself.

Throughout the last few years, my path has become clear; and I am starting to fill in the gaps between dreams and goals.

I am striving to make an impression in the abyss of artistic fields. This matrix is more connected than many people realize. My next "major move" or "what's next" develops with my experiences, and I move in the direction that feels right.

I won't fill this blog with my resumé, or go into detail about what "1230 Entertainment" means (As you can all read about it on my website already).

Instead this will be a deeper look on what I am doing as both the 1230 founder and artist manager; as well many other hats I wear during this entire process of making my "MARC".

So whether I'm noted as Terry (classical work) or TMARC (videography, music production, artistry etc...), I find myself developing my skills in as many things as I can. I use these moments to educate me further, and also give the skills to be more valuable to everyone I work with. From producing and composing (where this all started),  to becoming a business owner and manger; this is only the beginning of what I intend to achieve. Regardless of the project, the 1230 brand is consistently building excellence.

I hope all you who read this first post continue to come back and get the perspective that is not usually shown. Pop culture tends to only showcase the big names, but who's on their team? What do they do? What are they?

Don't get me wrong, the companies are mentioned, the mangers are mentioned, producers are credited and the respects given; but do you ever hear from them directly? Especially the start ups, the ones trying to make break in the industry.

This is the gap that my blog is going to fill.

Stay tuned with me, and let me know what you're curious about. My work is your gallery, and I'm excited to share this next chapter of my life with you.

As always,
