New Music on Its Way, Follow to Hear it First

Happy 12:30, everyone! We at 1230 Entertainment are excited to announce that The Journalist’s second single, which addresses segregation and mass incarceration among other topics, will be out next week.

Happy to accept the invitation, we performed the piece at Solorio Academy High School on Chicago’s southwest side. In honor of Black History Month, the Gage Park school hosted an energetic, yet respectful open mic. It was great to see the students engage in history, share their creativity and support each other so strongly.
